SEO/Linking: We are expecting improved traffic and good search result in Google and other search engines when people look for the keywords: global warming, reforestation, deforestation, co2, carbon emissions, or similar and related keywords.

Candidate on this project should provide in his bid:
1) Brief details about himself.
2) Experience in Google ranking.
3) What Google ranking can be achieved. We want top rankings in Google for these 5 keywords.
4) State your plan to accomplish our goals.
5) How many links will be established
6). State time needed to deliver results and the cost.

• Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website
• There is no more than 25 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
• Page must be updated by Google within the last 30-45 days
• No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
• English language sites only.
• Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
• Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
• Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal
• Links must not be labeled, sponsored, links, or ads;
• Linked sites must be in production and active. (Developed and not under construction).
• No hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
• No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges
• No sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
• No sites banned by Google.
• Must be manually submitted.
• Link pages must relate /relevant to topic.
• Links must be in different text combinations.
• No link schemes, No blog comments, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups
• Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
• No links from .info website domains or cheap domains.
• Deployment of the links over 3-4 weeks to avoid any penalties
• All links must be approved before you place the link. Please send us an excel sheet including, the site's URL, site PR (report actual PR of the page linking, not the main page), Site Name, Site Type, Google page rank of the link URL, Anchor Text
• After approval, update the spreadsheet to also show date link submitted, date link accepted
• The links must be LEGIT and PERMANENT. All steps you take must be clean and legal.
• Links preferred on sites that are environmental/ global warming/ deforestation/ forestry related websites, and others related in nature.
• I reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet my terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead
• Absolutely no dodgy tactics.

On completion I will need a report/proof of exactly what you have done, what I can expect and when.

Terms: Escrow only upon completion and review of work.
I also need some off-site SEO done for our site. Whether it's article distribution, social bookmarking, press release, etc. Please send me your proposals and only professionals please.
