Description: I have a site with PR1 and need to improve ranking to at least PR3.
I need to be in first 10 on google with at least 3 keywords:

Target keywords:
Cctv cameras
Security cameras
Surveillance systems

Let me know if you think different keywords would be a better choice and benefit our business.
I am very skeptical about SEO in general, but if you actually deliver what I want, there is a possibility of permanent employment for total of 4 websites similar category but focused on different products and services.

I need to have A LOT of back links, and they all must be permanent
I don't want any reciprocal links and no link exchanges

Everything to be legit and legal

NO SITES BANNED BY GOOGLE
NO SPAM SITES
ALL LINKS MUST BE TOPICALLY RELEVANT SITES

No automated software

All links must be visible and readable, no hidden links, and they must be static links only. No redirecting, or javascript links.

Once I am completely satisfied I will release payment.
