Description: We recently posted an ad, however, have decided to increase our budget to attract a greater number of qualified services/bidders.

Southland Valuation specializes in Commercial Real Estate Appraisals and is looking for a skilled individual/s or company with experience in link building, SEO and driving traffic.

This project is for an existing website that requires improvement in its ranking to the top pages of major search engines (PR5+) including google, yahoo, msn. We also need link building (one-way, non-reciprocal) to drive targeted traffic to our site. Our services cover the Southern California region and thus we expect results that directly targets our audience. We would like minimal (less than 1/3) directory links and no link farms.

Please indicate the results we can expect from your service including the number of non-reciprocal links your bid will include, as well as any content writing that will be included/required. We would like to see results as soon as possible and have increased our budget to see significant results in our search engine ranking.
