Description: We need good quality inbound permanent links at a minimum PR of 4 from websites relevant to the medical imaging / pregnancy / new baby / expecting parents

Requirement
1. The actual link page and the home page must both be PR4 or higher
2. Links must be from websites that provide relevant services,

3. One way non-reciprocal permanent links from related sites, no link exchanges.
4. One link per domain, all from different class C IP ranges.
5. Links MUST be from related, on-topic sites. This means the main topic of the website must be travel insurance related, including : Travel, Hotel, Air ticket, cruise, tourism board, visitors, international students, foreign workers
6. No link with link farms, link directories, link exchanges, and commercial web rings, forums, blogs, adult & porn, articles submission, press releases or spam sites.
7. Must be manually submitted.
8. Link page should have no more than 20 outgoing links.
9. Links must contain our targeted anchor text.
10. All links must be free and shouldn't appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines. URL must not contain 'links'
11. Bids to submit to Web/Links Directories or article sites will be ignored.
12. No blacklisted or spam sites or sites banned by Google.
13. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache in 30 days.
14. All links must be indexed by Google. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty.
15. Links must be from English websites only.
16. Looking to be completed after 3 weeks and report progress in weekly basis
17. All links should be listed in a spreadsheet so I can verify them.
18. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
