I am looking for (whitehat only) SEO techniques that will increase targeted traffic to my website.

I will respond to bidders that I feel have potential. I will then provide my website address so bidder can offer some analysis of the site, and then explain exactly what he/she would do to improve traffic.

My Website was built using a website builder pagebuzz.com. If this is something you cannot work around, please don't bid. This builder setup should not affect the SEO.

This can evolve into an ongoing project if positive results are achieved. And, the more positive results I have (more sales) = more bonuses!

I need Website optimized so shows up in at least the first top 5 positions on 1st page in Google, Yahoo, and Bing for following keywords:

1. Goal Setting (most important!) - within 1 month
2. Gift Ideas - within 1 month
3. New Year's Resolutions - whithin 1 month
4. Motivation
5. Motivational
6. Self Motivation
7. Set Goals
8. Achieve Goals
9. Goals (may be too difficult)
10. Goal(may be too difficult)
AND/OR ANY WORDS SEO SPECIALIST SUGGESTS TO HELP GET MY SALES GOING!

SEO Project should include most of the following (bidder should discuss his/her plan in detail):
- Provide advice on SEO improvements on the website
- On page optimization (possible code cleaning)
- Submit the website to directories and other options
- Build quality 1-way links on motivation-related or other related (ex: weight loss, sales) sites, added gradually
- professional article-writing and submission
- Social Media Networking
- Perfect English speakers/writers used for all article-writing/submission work
- Bidders should be readily available and be easy to contact via email & MSN messenger
- Well-written press releases and submission to free pr sites
- Full work reports will be required

These are the methods I am familiar with - but I'm open to more updated/proven methods.
