Description

1. Only links from relevant sites will be accepted which means: English sites that related directly to provided keywords.

2. The actual link page must be indexed with PR2 or higher by Google. (note that this means the actual PR of the linking page NOT the main page)

3. Links must be permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of my choosing with no disallowed by robots.txt or NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW tags.

4. You will not participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs like Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.

5. Links must use link and text that I will provide.

6. One way non-reciprocal links only

7. No sites that require ongoing payments or bulk submission services.

8. No redirects, flash links, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics.

9. No links from blog comments, article directories, link farms, forums, blog farms, classifieds, directories, social bookmarks, profiles of social sites, spam sites, link directories, link farms, link exchange, guest books, web rings, gambling, dating, x-rated adult, violence, sex, hatred, hacker, FFA's, Blogs, dynamic links, directory submissions, blacklist/banned sites from Google or by using any other spamming method. No ping sites, no links within newsgroups, yahoo groups etc.Link page must be search engine friendly. (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be dis-allowed by robots.txt

10. Linkpages must be cached by Google within the past 60 days

11. The linking page must have no more than 10 outbound links.

12. One link per domain, all from different IP addresses.

13. No more than 4 Link a Day Requirement.

You will need following upon completion of the project in a excel spreadsheet:
•Site Name
•Site Type
•Site PR
•Link site exact URL
•URL Page PR - The Real Page Rank of the page linking to our website!
•IP address
•Date Submitted
•Date approved
•Anchor Text used

When bidding please give me an estimate of how long the project will take

These links will need to be approved before payment is made.

I reserve the right to reject any link that does not meet the above requirements.
