Description

Project : Permanent Backlinks
Objective: Get 25 PERMANENT PR3 or higher backlinks for a legal website.
Quote: PM us with price per link.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
1. No more then 60 links on the page.
2. Can not be blocked by google or yahoo.
3. No linkfarms, free link sites, forums etc.

Rules:
- I am not interested in any other SEO services and will ignore those requests
- I am only interested in one way permanent PR3 or higher, DOFOLLOW links
- Do-FOLLOW LINKS from the following TLDs only:
.edu
.gov
.com
.org

- No redirects or cloaking (eg, 301, 302, meta-refresh, Javascript redirects)
- No classified ads
- No article submission sites
- Permanent links only, and must be replaced if dropped within 12 month
- Anchor text will be provided
- Check for fake PR or the link doesn’t count
- One way DOFOLLOW non-reciprocal, static links only, English language-based, no link exchanges.
- All links must be permanent. No rented links.
- No sites banned by Google. No black hat, grey hat or shady tactics.
- Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache. Page must be indexed every two weeks or more by Google
- Must be manually submitted.
- Prefer that the link pages are content related and must be permanent
- Links must contain our target anchor text and link to index page.
- All links must be indexable by googlebot, NO rel="nofollow" !!! MUST BE DOFOLLOW, robots.txt blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc.
- Links must be on a page with a Google PR of PR3 or higher, not just a PR3 on the HOME main site.
- One link per domain, all from different class C IP ranges (different class-c IP address block).
- Links should have usa IPs.
- Links from websites that already linked to our site will not be counted.
-You May Not Link From: Link farms, link-exchange programs, blogs, FFAs, sites banned by Google, illegal, scam, spam, adult, classifieds, pharmacy, gaming, forums, or political sites, or guestbooks.
- All links should be from sites located in United States.
- I reserve the right to reject any links if deemed inappropriate.
- You agree to replace any links which are removed within the 6 months of the project.
- No sites banned by Google or sites (under Construction).
- Links should contain the target keyword/keyword phrase as text in the link anchor text hyperlink in combination with the link description.
- Links must be in text, no graphics
- Links cannot be from framed pages, Links cannot be through a JavaScript, Links cannot be through a redirect script, Links cannot be on Flash sites or pages, Links cannot include a rel=nofollow tag
- Must be static links only. Only ethical work will be accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms

DELIVERABLES:
Must provide link reports (Excel spreadsheet format) which include:
1. Site Title
2. Site PR
3. URL Page PR
4. Link URL (the URL where our link is located)
5. Date Submitted

BID REQUIREMENTS:
- Generic bids will be rejected. Serious bidders only.
- Please bid the time frame appropriately.
- Please put the text "HELLO NICK" so I know you read the entire project description.
- Please email me for additional information.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- Verification of the URL, PR, IP Address, Category, and Anchor Text of the links will be done prior to releasing the funds (you must provide us with an Excel sheet as outlined above).
- Payment AFTER we have verified the links are live and they meet above requirement. Progress payments can be made for completion of verified work.
We will require any links that do not meet ALL of the listed conditions above to be removed or replaced.
