Hi

I need a Google Adwords Professional - Certified preferably that has the appropriate tools ('Speed PPC' or other) to set up a long tail keyword campaign for me for an eccommerce website related to graphic design in Australia.

It already has good organic placement so I need to augment this with long phrase targeted low cost PPC (0.10c or under) that is global (Currently Australia only...eg US, UK, Canada)

I need to know your methods and especially Tools.. and most especially someone that really understands Long Tail targeting.

Please advise your methods and experience

My budget is $150 US, I may need you for tracking also please advise if you have experience on this but not as important as I can get someone else....
