Description

We are looking to start linking campaign and need 99 links per month for 3 Hebrew language websites (33 links each).
Our budget is about 250$. if first project is successful we might be interested in working for the long term.

Our requirements:

1.Page must have been cached by google within 3 months.
2.Must be on established, crawlable pages.
3.There must be no more than 30 outbound links on the linking page.
4.one link per domain & from a different C-class IP.
5.Link must be do-follow, must be one way.
6.Permanent links.
7.All links with PR2 +
8.WHITE HAT techniques only.
9.No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges
10.No link schemes, you are not permitted to submit our site to any reciprocal linking services such as linkpartners.com, etc.
11.No rel=nofollow links in the HTML
12.No forums
13.No blog and ping sites
14.No redirects or cloaking (eg, 301, 302, meta-refresh, Javascript redirects)
15.No classified ads
16.No dynamic links
17.No pages blocked by robots.txt

You will need to provide in a spreadsheet at the end of each week.

Any document on a server is able to be crawled unless prohibited by robots.txt - There is no such thing as a dofollow link. All links can be followed, however those with norel= are deemed to have no trust. You guys need to learn SEO before labeling yourselves an SEO company!!

We make all the links in pr2+ pages and the main thing is outbound,30 outbound is very less so very honestly it will not be more than 50. I want to clear each and every point which I follow in link building process:- 1.
