Description

* The links must be permanent and not from link spam network.
* No Black Hat SEO.
* **IMPORTANT** Create links on web pages of related content.
* Links to come from strictly PR2+ page locations (home page does NOT count).
* Maximum of 10 external links on that page.
* No article directories, FFA's, guest books, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, gambling, or adult sites, or link directories.
* No links from social bookmarking sites or from profiles of social sites.
* No comment links.
* Links must be static: no redirects, scraper or mirror sites, cloaking, or anything banned by Google.
* Link page will ALREADY be indexed and RECENTLY (within last 3mths)cached by Google and Yahoo!
* Links must be clearly visible to visitors on the site and should not have any restrictions such as rel=”nofollow”.
* All links must be static, plain, standard a href type text links and direct using provided anchor text.
* We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
* No blacklisted or Spam sites or spamming techniques, i.e., hiding JavaScript tag, hiding frames tag, meta refresh or redirects.
* Link can’t be within a frame or iframe.
* No JavaScript or redirect script.
* Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider.
* You MUST provide details on how you intend to achieve this 100 one way links. Bids without explanations will be ignored.
* Links must be guaranteed for 12 months min.
* The link that my page is on must have the specified PR - not just the home page of the site.
* No CSS redirects or link cloaking.
* All of the LINKS must be manually submitted, no software or bots.
* NO mirror sites, link farms, spam sites, orphaned link pages, cloaking, 301 redirects, FFA or framed pages.
* Link must have the Follow Tag.
* No more than one link per domain.
* Each link will be from different IP addresses AND different Class-C IP.
* Links should come from Top (Clean) IP Addresses.
* Link websites should come from USA and CANADA only.
* Link page will be ONLY from English language sites.
* NO LINKS from Social Bookmarking Sites or Profiles in Social Sites.
* No Comment Links.
* Links will come from sites related to provided keywords.
* Links must be listed in "link:www.domain.com" command in Google in order to receive payment.
* We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

Create and spread links OVER a time SPAN of 4-5 weeks.
I will require an excel report with the following info every week.

- Site Title
- Site URL
- Site PR
- URL of page with link
- URL Page PR
- Anchor Text (should be from list of keywords)
- Date Submitted
- Date Accepted

We are keen to establish an on-going relationship with a quality provider. Work that does not meet the above standards will not be paid for until completion.

We have additional projects with the same requirements. If the bidder executes the project to complete satisfaction, we will be interested in having a long term relationship for future projects.

The project bid will be open for 7 days and the decision will be made AFTER reviewing all bids. Please be patient if you are seriously interested in the project as the decision will not be made before the project post closes.
