Description

I need 50 PR4+ one-way links to several pages on a tech-related website.

Requirements :

1. One way, non-reciprocal links only.
2. The page the link is placed on must have PR4+.
3. Links must be permanent (no ongoing payment).
4. All links must be do-follow (may not include the rel="nofollow" tag and may not be excluded by robots.txt).
5. Text links only.
6. Links should have varied anchor text. I will provide a list of URL/anchor text combinations.
7. One link per domain. All links must be from different Class-C IP addresses.
8. Link page must be already indexed and cached by Google within the last 30 days.
9. Link page should have no more than 20 outbound links.
10. Link page (and preferably the entire site) should be in English.
11. Links must not be labeled as "Sponsored" or advertising.
12. Links should be submitted manually over a period of several weeks.
12. No Flash sites, JavaScript-based links, redirects, frames, hidden links, banned/spam sites or black-hat techniques.
13. No link exchange programs and web rings.
14. No directories, social bookmarking, press releases, guestbooks or article submissions.
15. Forums and blogs are acceptable only if the other requirements are still met (especially link page PR and the link being permanent).

Deliverables :

- A spreadsheet with the following data:
- Link target URL
- Anchor text
- Date when the link was submitted
- Link page URL (the URL of where our link is located)
- Google PR of the link page

I will provide you with anchor texts, with the corresponding URL, and also the number of links needed for each URL/Anchor text combination.

Payment Terms :

Payment will be handled through GAF escrow. Escrowed funds will be released after the links have been verified. Specifics are negotiable.
