Need 1000 to 1500 Manual Directory Submission for Link building purpose

Also following should be taken care :-
1.) Directories from Pr1 minimum until Higher PR7/8/9 etc
2.) Manual submission, No auto submitters
3.) No black hat techniques
4.) All links should be one way
5.) All should come from different directories
7.) Need proof of submission in excel sheet, alongwith username/password etc

You will have to submit 2 URLS/Links to appropriate category

Our max budget is 60$, No Higher bids
Also bids without any communication in PM will be ignored, PM is must
