Description

I need 30 PR3+ links for my site. I will provide the keywords to use in the link text and the target URL(s) to the winning bidder. The niche is broadly related to CD/DVDs and software. Looking for experienced link builders and whitehat links. See full requirements and other details below.

*** Requirements for links ***
- Link page must be already indexed and cached by Google.
- Links must be permanent and static.
- The linkpage must be PR3+ and broadly related to the niche (computer software and tutorials).
- Links should contain the target key phrase as a hyperlink.
- Links must not be labeled as sponsored, links, or ads.
- One link per domain.
- English language web sites only.
- Links should be all from different class C IP ranges.
- Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, flash pages, AJAX-y loading of content, et cetera.
- No more than 10 external and 20 total outbound links on the page.
- No directories, link Farms, scrapers, FFA's, guest books, web rings, paid sites, gambling, porn etc, crap contents, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
- No reciprocals or three-way linking schemes.
- All links must be followed, e.g. no nofollow and not excluded by robots.txt. No javascript links, too.
- No hidden links, all links must be visible and readable.
- Manual link submission is preferred.
- Staggered deployment over ~10 days is preferred.
- Whitehat linkbuilding only! No banned sites, "bad neighbourhood" sites, splogs, spamming etc.

*** Process ***

Every potential link placement must be sent to me and approved by me before it is executed (that is, let me know where you are going to place the links). I reserve the right to refuse any particular link and request a replacement. After all links are online you should send me a summary document (e.g. an excel file) with :
* link page URL.
* PR
* anchor text used
* link URL used.
* IP address of the domain.
