Description
We need 50 PR1+ one-way permanent links from travel & hotel sites. We will providekeywords, anchor text and descriptions. Linking sites and pages should be in English. Links should be obtained gradually 10 links per week. Payment will be made after the work has been done.External linking rules
1. Only One way links required (no reciprocal links will be accepted).
2. Links should contain the target keywords. We will supply anchor text and description (different for each link).
3. Links must be on pages with 30 outbound links at most.
4. Links should be on theme relevant page / site.
5. Link page should be from English language sites only.
6. Link pages must be permanent and static (not dynamic with query strings).
7. Links must be permanent, static html links in text, not in graphics.
8. Links cannot be from framed pages.
9. Links cannot be through a JavaScript or redirect script.
10. Links cannot be on Flash sites or pages.
11. Page must not be excluded from indexing by robots.txt and META tags; the link must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
12. Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google within last 30 days.
13. No links using any automated techniques or black hat techniques of blog comment spam, cloaking or ANY other shady tactic.
14. No link exchange programs or web rings such as Linkpartners.com, Backlinks.com, Gotlinks.com, LinksToYou.com etc., no automated link exchange software such as Arelis etc.
15. Linked sites must be in production and active (not under construction).
16. One link per domain.
17. No sites that require ongoing payments.
18. No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
19. No links from: guestbook’s, blogs, classifieds, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, pornographic or generally black hat sites.
20. Links must not be labelled sponsored, links, or ads.
21. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
22. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
Deliverables
We’d like to get weekly Excel spreadsheet including the following columns and link data:
– Date link published
– Link URL (the URL of where our link is located)
– Google page rank of the link URL
– Alexa rank of the linked site
– outbound links number on linked page
– Keyword the site is associated with
– Anchor Text
