Description

If you are interested in this project then please outline exactly how you plan on achieveing the following.

1. 10 permanent PR3+ links from "Fundraising" related sites
2. I dont mind placinga reciprocal link to the linking site from my site (PR2)
3. Page with link to my site must be PR3+
4. Only ehtical techniques used.

I dont want a person who just blasts out to a million irrelevent PR0 directories.

We will communicate through PBM and establish deiverables payment will be made once project is fully completed.

Again, please outline what you will do to achieve this and if you have any suggestions then please make them clear.
