Site has product reviews/articles about e-books related to self-help topic.

I am looking for:
• Several thousand links in total to home page and to internal pages with various keywords anchor texts in a classic deep linking strategy.
• 5 Keyphrases to top 10 at google
• 150 PR4+ links.

All links need to follow below requirements.

1. One way links only (no reciprocal links)
2. Links must be permanent, static html links
3. Manual submitted text links only, with supplied key phrase/text.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO link exchange programs or web rings.
5. Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and link
must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
6. Active sites only, no construction sites.
7. No payment sites.
8. All links must be from a different domain and IP address (different class-c IP address block).
9. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
10. All Link pages should be from English language sites only
11. Links must be on pages with 20 outbound links at most.
12. No link farms, no use of spamming or black hat techniques.
13. Relevancy required

Payment:

33% when links are added and accepted

33% when 5 keyphrases are at top 5 at google

33% 5 keyphrases hold top 10 at google for 45 days

After successful project your company has a client for long term.
