Hi,
i have a Turkish language website .
i want to be in the firs 3 position in google.com.tr with 1 keyword.
(the keyword is not very popular)

1- i need a high pr backlinks, (at least pr5 or above ,i need 3 like this )
2- links in forums and other stuff.
