Hi,

I need an experienced and versatile link builder that can go through my top competitors links and hand submit my links where possible.

You will need to use a tool and start at the top of my competitors backlinks in order of highest PR and ascertain which links you can submit to.

There will be a number of links from their partners or other that you cannot get so you will need to work fast and smart to identify the best ones.

Links need to be 1 way only unless they are very high pr (7+)

I need someone who will make the effort to work for the highest pr links not just zoom through low quality obvious link directories etc. Although I will take these also.

The links will be those cached by the google and mostly yahoo backlink tools

The number of links I would like is 500 manually submitted

I have already started the process and will be checking that achievable high pr links are not missed.

I will be flexible and helpful in providing articles etc if needed for any backlinks you find that need these and are worth it (pr)

The theme is graphic design and backlinks seem to come from a variety of sources including govt etc these should also have extra emphasis on them and let me know if I can help on those

My preferred budget is between $100 and $150, I will however look at your quotes
