Description: I have a website in need of some incoming links. I will require 20 links from the recruitment and small business sectors. All pages must be at least PR3. If you do a good job and your work is to a high quality then you will expect more business from me.



The links should meet the following requirements:

1. All links must be permanent.
2. No link farms, link directories, forums, blogs or spam sites.
3. Link page must have a recent Google cache.
4. Link pages must be related to the the topic of my site
5. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses.
6. No blacklisted or spam sites.
7. No more than 12 outbound links per page.
8. Links must contain my target anchor text and link to a given page.
9. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc.
10. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 3
11. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty.
12. No sites with sexual, racist or other unethical content.
