Description

I am an amateur SEO geek with a working knowledge of SEO terms and techniques. I am looking for an experienced SEO professional to assist me in building links to one of my sites. I am familiar with link building services and the prices they charge, so what I am trying to do here is to find a suitable SEO expert who can do the same or similar work for the same or less money--with the idea being that other SEO work can follow if things go well in this little "test run."

Project is to build approximately 300 inbound links using GOOGLE friendly WHITE HAT strategies over several weeks. The target website is a US based health insurance business site. It is well aged but has never been groomed for SEO. Our objective is top 3 google within 6 months for our target key term(s).

NOTE: This link building project needs to meet Google standards for "counting" links. I could not care less whether any of the links "count" in yahoo, msn, or any other second tier search engine--only google counts, PERIOD. If you are not experienced with producing google-friendly links, then this project is not for you. Google analytics will be used as the official guide to determine whether a link "counts" in Google (that's fair enough, isn't it?).

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF LINK BUILDING ARE LIMITED TO:
-Article submission (I will write articles for submission if needed)
-Directory submission (US based, relevant only)
-Social networking (no more than 10% of links)
-Deep linking is acceptable, but not to exceed 20% of links
-Any other commonly accepted linking techniques that otherwise meet with the requirements herein
-Any number of links from one particular site counts only once toward total (example: 6 links placed on abc.com counts as "one link" from abc.com)

REQUIREMENTS OF SERVICE PROVIDER
-You must have acceptable positive feedback on THIS SITE (preferably for link building);
-You must have at least 2 years experience link building;
-You must have thorough understanding of GOOGLE WHITE HAT SEO techniques (everything else is irrelevant);
-You can finish the project in 3 to 6 weeks.

REQUIREMENT OF INBOUND LINKS
- Links must be relevant, free, permanent, one way, non-reciprocal, and static to our site
- The home page and the linking pages both must be PR2+ (with a respectable percentage of PR4+)
- No more than 30 outbound links on each originating link page
- Link pages must be updated by Google within the past 30 days
- Links must contain the target key phrase as anchor text (no naked links)
- No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or any other unethical or black-hat tactics (any black-hat tactics will void the agreement between us)
- Link pages from insurance and financial services related websites are preferred, and must all be US-based IP addresses;
- English language sites only;
- Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
- No FFA, guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs, from bad neighborhoods (porn or other offensive websites) and no more than 30 outbound links on each web page (where link is placed)
- No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms, or free for all link exchanges
- No link schemes, NO blog comments, NO forums, No ping sites, NO classified ads, NO guest books

An excel sheet must be provided that includes the site's URL, and PR of both the landing page and linking page, and anchor text used for our link.
