Description
I am looking for someone to design and maintain web pages and social networking pages for the following sites: Facebook, Linkedin, Plaxo Pulse and Merchant Circle. I have two companies an Eldercare Management Firm and a Real Estate Firm in two different states. I currently have two seasoned websites and one newer site. I am looking for an assistant who can communicate proficiently in English and has a very good work ethic. You must also have proven experience and references in Posting to Blogs, Social Networking Sites, Online Classified and Search engine optimization as well as Search Engine Optimization.The candidate for this job can be a team or an individual. You must be ethical and have a very high standard of workmanship and the ability to follow directions clearly with a minimum amount of supervision. If you can bring good ideas to me on how to improve my sales and have the ability to follow through with the ideas in a cost effective manner you are exactly who I am looking for. Good email skills including timely responses to assignments are imperative to maintain this assignment.
This is a long term position where productivity will determine salary. The goal for this position is to drive traffic and leads to my websites and prompt calls to my company for services. The position will be paid by the project and not by the hour. Each project needs to be completed in a timely manner and a fee per project will be agreed upon prior to commencement of each project. I estimate the work load to be around 8 - 10 hour per week to start.
Please respond with examples of your work and prominently state the words "I am ready" in your response so that I can see that you follow directions well. I look forward to building a long term arrangement with the right virtual assistant.

The long term project that I refer to in this posting is a provider who has talent developing, updating and monitoring of social networking pages. I am looking for a provider with very good communication skills. Daily classified ad submission will also be something that my service provider will preform. SEO is just a part of what I need.
