Description: I need to build up approx 1,500 one way links to one of my sites.
This site is in a very competitive industry(adult webcams), and some of our competitors have 100's of thousands of links.
We stand at about 40,000(according to yahoo site explorer).
Long term goal is aditional 25,000 and maybe more.
But for now we are looking for someone that can do 1,500 links, as a sort of test run.

When bidding please include the approximate amount of time it would take to achieve the 1,500 links.
Also describe the kind of methods used for gathering these links, and where our links might appear.

Here are some requirements for the links

1 Majority of links should be on pages with PageRank 2+
2. Must be in place for at least 9 months. (Future link building projects will depend on whether links are long lasting)
3. Must be one way. (Reciprocal links are not needed at this time, future projects might)
4. All links must be visible static text links
5. No JavaScript links, no redirect, no cloaking, no flash, no frames, no hidden links
6. Cannot have the rel=nofollow tag
7. No more than 20 outbound links per page
8. We won't accept more than 2 links from same domain/IP
9. We won't accept more than 4 links from same server or belong to the same c-class network
10. No links for sites already linking to us.
11. Link Page should be indexed on Google and yahoo, and have a Google cache no older than 60 days.
12. No FFA's or link farms (pages where most of the content is links)
13. No link from sites with illegal content

Any links not meeting these requirements will be rejected, and a replacement must be provided.

If there requirement are too stringent please contact us and we might be able to work something out.

Each link will be verified. We require report of all links create.

Report (in excel) must contain the following:

1. URL where the link appears
2. URL where the link points to.
4. The Page Rank of the site
6. IP of the site
7. Anchor Text

As mentioned above we are looking to establish a long term working relationship in order to achieve our long term goals, and maybe go beyond.
