Description

I am looking for an SEO oriented individual to create blog links either by submitting blog reviews or by stuffing comments with links in acceptable blogs.

Links will be for a health insurance related website in the US. Total number of blog link sources needed for this project: 60 This count is based on the number of blogs, not the number of links -- in other words, if 2 links are included in the same post, that would count for only one link source.

These can be spaced out over a period of 10 to 20 days at a minimum, and must all be completed -- and published -- within 30 days.

All blogs must have minimum 2PR value, and at least 50% of the blogs must be 3PR or higher. Any link made to a blog whose main page has a PR0 or PR1 will NOT count.

All links must contain an anchor text hyperlink with keywords I will provide. A general link to the front page of the website does not count! Anchor text hyperlinks ONLY.

At least 20 of the links must be "reviews" and not just comment links. Each review submitted must be slightly different than all others so as to avoid "duplicate content" penalties from google.

The following domains are the only acceptable ones:
.com
.net
.info
.org

All blogs must be U.S. server based in order to count. For example, even if a site is mysite.com but the server is based in Malaysia, it will not count.

Payment is to be based on the number of reviews actually PUBLISHED, not just submitted. A link to each published review or comment link is required for verification.

If this project works successfully, many other projects can be forthcoming, including DIRECTORY submission and other blog link projects.

Please be experienced in this field and KNOW what you are doing! I am American and only fluent in english; therefore, the winning bidder must be able to communicate effectively in english.

Your track record is important. If you have 5 or less reviews here, you need to provide details in PM as to why you should be selected with little track record.
