I need 1PR5 link from a site that is related to animals (dogs preferred). The link must be on an English speaking website. The actual link page must have a PR5... not the homepage. You will use the following tools to judge the PR of the link.

Here are the link specifications:

The link MUST have a theme or content relevant to our site. A link on a website with themes that are irrelevant will not be counted.

ABSOLUTELY NO porn/adult, gambling, medical, drug, pharmacy, hacking/warez, shady finance, scam, blacklist or spam sites. Any links here and we will end our association immediately without any payment.

English language web sites only.

No more than 50 links (inbound & or outbound) on the page where the link is.

The links page must be allowed and pass page rank.

Links should contain the keywords I tell you.

No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.

The actual page with the link on it must have PR5

Web sites must be developed (Not under construction).

Must be on a static page with no redirects, cloaking, etc. The page should be somewhat old.

Link page MUST already be indexed and cached by Google.

Links need to be text links. No graphics.

Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.

I will pay you upon verification of these requirements after I have checked the link myself. I will not pay until I am satisfied with the work.

I do NOT want a directory link. I want the link to come from an actual website related to animals. I will pay $5 dollars extra if it comes from a dog site. An example of this is http://www.dneprimport.com/links.html (that site does not count as I have contacted them myself.)
