Description

I need the template stripped and redesigned (some elements to remain the same like top and bottom), new form boxes for contact and newsletter (script will be given), (short url SEF and site speed optimised)New template must look fresh web 2.0 looking but must incorporate top and bottom as is

Ad in corner must link to booking page form – booking form must link to paypal pay buttons also site has book now link on page and these must also link to the booking page

Ad corner needs to auto-change month i.e October, November and alsoshow two ads etc

must be ad space on site for other ads and banners

Webinar must be linked to a free webinar account

Cloud tags running properly on site

Automatic ping of new articles to digg etc.

rss newsfeeds and livefeed
