I need an experienced Craigslist ad poster to post just THREE ads PER DAY to start, one in each city of San Marcos, San Antonio and Austin, Texas, USA.

You will post the ads in both the LEGAL and REAL ESTATE services categories on Craigslist, rotating between each category per posting. For example: Day 1 you post a ad in San Marcos, TX legal section, day 2 you post the ad in San Marcos real estate section. You do that for every city, everyday (Mon-friday).

I will NOT supply email addresses or remote ip's to use for this project. You should have all these systems in place.

If you need to make changes to the Craigslist ad I provide you to get around getting Craigslist ghosted, that’s your responsibility.

As I mentioned you will make necessary changes in the CL ad wordings to make it look different to CL filters. You have to send the ad variations for the whole week to me to get pre-approval first. I don't want the html ad messed with, but if some text below it is needed no problem.

I do NOT do link backs to my main websites from any Craigslist ad, as is to reduce ghosting chances. Yes I know what the hell I'm doing, but the question is do you?

I will provide you right away as in tonight RIGHT NOW:

1. One html ad with the code to be copied/pasted and posted daily in all three cities on Craigslist. The base ad text (that needs to be made unique by you, if needed to bypass the CL filters).
2. Hundreds of different titles you will need to use and rotate every few months that I give you, this is to be ultra random to avoid ghosting and flagging on Craigslist.

I will not pay for any "ghosted" adds (all ads must be verifiable and searchable for at least 24 HOURS, that is more than reasonable in the CL posting industry) and you are required to create a DAILY spreadsheet/list with all links to the CL ads and the amount of live ads that are on Craigslist. (If need be I can show you what the chart looked like from my x-CL poster that was perfect to use).

YOU will be providing your OWN PVA accounts for this project since as all ads require PVA accounts.

YOU will have all the systems in place for successful posting (USA IP-switches, Gmail addresses, etc). No crappy ip-switches that are not U.S based. CL is currently blocking and banning for life, thousands upon thousands of VOIP and foreign based switches every day.

You need to know how to successfully use and get U.S-based proxies to switch IP's to ensure that the ads look like they’re posted from the USA. (This is crucial to the success of any project on CL).

YOU must create Gmail accounts to post with and forward ALL email responses to my email in live time.

YOU must have a Yahoo IM address to communicate with daily if need be and a valid email address as well.

Postings will be done ONE time per day per city.

The ads MUST be hand posted, no spamming software or bots of any kind. You will only get paid for the ads that are not removed, ghosted or blocked.

Only SERIOUS posters with many positive CL posting reviews in GAF will be considered. So DON’T bid if you don’t have several positive CL posting reviews, because I will delete your bids without reading them. Positive reviews that are non-CL posting related don't count either!

I’m paying WAY more than the going rate on GAF for CL poster services, in hopes to attract high quality people for this small job.

Budget: $0.65 PER POST x 3 times posted daily = $1.95 per day x 5 days a week to post (M-F) = $39 month. Project will be for at least 12 MONTHS LONG!

You will paid out every Saturday/Sunday once a week. I worked with a company I found on GAF overseas and posted 25-40 ads per day, 6 days a week for almost a year straight with them and paid them religiously every Saturday/Sunday thru GAF.

This is a very small project, but very good pay for small amount of work every day. Please know I’ve been marketing on Craigslist for multiple years and will have much bigger projects very soon for myself and all my consulting clients.

I'm picky as hell and don't take excuses, so I don't care what religious day it is or what your personal drama or excuse you may have in the future. You don't care about mine and you just want to be sure that I pay you in a timely matter when the work you do for me is done. Right?

With that said, I'm very loyal, honest and do give random bonuses from time to time for good work to my staff.

If I award you the project, I will email you html ad and titles literally within a few minutes if I'm still up (it's 10:40pm here). I want the project started tommorrow on Tuesday my time - CST.
