We are a High Volume SEO firm expanding our High Value Supply Chain. We are Looking for Quality Blog / Forum / Static or Other Type Comment Link Suppliers. We are looking for a long term relationship; Our current monthly volume exceeds 50,000 links p/mth and growing.

Description
I need 100 PR3 or higher links per week, I do pay a Bonus for PR Higher than PR4!!!

The Specifications (If you cannot meet these requirement, please do not bid)
* No negative feedback bidders must have at least 5 reviews, if less than 5 I will not review.
* Must be able to provide references and/or show proof of at least 5 past link projects.
* Must provide bi-weekly link building report (see below).
* Must agree to replace Bad links with Good links within 3 business days, at your own expense

Quality links defined as...
* All links must be manually submitted (no software generated links).
* All links must be permanent, one-way (no reciprocal links accepted, nor will the y be paid
* PR3 or higher. I will add a bonus of $5 for PR4, $8 for PR5, $10 for PR6, $20 for PR7+,
* "No-follow" links must not exceed 10% of the Order and no more than 10% of a individual Clients total Links; if Client A has 10 links, only 1 link may be a “No-Follow”
*Link page must not be excluded by robots.txt; no iframe pages.
* Pages must be cached within the last 45 days (the cache of the page where links are placed)
* No blog or forum spamming. The link must be permanently placed and not part of a
form submission. This is done by either having direct control of the site or contacting the
webmaster and brokering the link placement, not by simply adding a comment to a blog post.
* Link page be in correct English with correct grammar unless otherwise other than English is specified (if you are able to furnish Links in other languages, please provide details and capacity)
* Links should be static hard coded links. No 404 or 302 redirects, JavaScript links.
* One link per domain/per C class IP. Multiple links on the same site are not allowed.
* * No more than 20 outbound links on the link page.
* No links from "bad neighbourhood" sites
* Mixture of site types. Not all links should come from one type of site. A good example would be 30% Blogs, 30% Forums, 20% Static Sites and 20% from others like ranking directories etc…
If you have a large commercial inventory of sites, and they are not on the same IP and not a NetWork, we would review this as an opportunity.
* No blackhat or dubious techniques, not a trace of your digital footprint
* Unique and active domains only, No Parked Sites / Pages
* Varying anchor text description content is required
* TLD must be .info/.com/.net/.biz/.org/.edu/.gov sites
* Text links only with the specified anchor, and no links with the URL as the anchor text
* Links must be on a Website / Page that is topic relevant.
* Links must be visible, readable & index able.

Must provide link reports which include:
Excel spreadsheet containing:
1. Link Page Meta Title
2. Link Page PR
3. Link Page URL (the URL where our link is located)
4. Link Text used


Payment Terms
PayPal. Paid on the 5th and 20th of every month for all links verified live for 10 days
