Looking for a rails expert to work thru Tuesday on a project.

Requirements:

1. get an existing rails application up and running on my server or yours as a development environment. If you only have windows experience DO NOT apply. You must be able to debug and migrate an app quickly. It is currently run in a production environment and there needs to be a place to make modifications and test before sending back to production.
2. you MUST be able to read the current formatting of the site and change templates using the SAME structure that is already present.
3. you MUST be able to work as a team
4. we will be adding small flash components to the templates. These flash components read xml files that will also be placed on the same server. There are already many flash files being included in the templates.

Once the site is up and going in a dev environment the changes should take a true EXPERT about 2 hrs.

The db is sqllite and the current app runs without error.

This is a very simple task but may lead to MUCH more work on an already well written app. I need someone who really is an expert with Rails since this must be finished tomorrow and Monday.
