Description

This project is for a local school that provides photos to it's site members. It is very much like iStockPhoto.com with lightboxes, image upload, etc. We have already begun the project and have the following completed:

* Custom website design
* HTML/CSS for the core templates
* Image upload
* Search functionality and results

We need someone to pickup and complete the project. We can supply all wireframes, the code we have to date, and all documentation.

Our existing developer says...
"This is an eCommerce application built in Ruby on Rails. The
application relies on Sphinx for its search capabilities. The user
authentication must interact with Shibboleth. While the cart
functionality will be built into the Rails application, the checkout
process must interact with a proprietary checkout system separate from
the application. Since this the website will have some static content,
a simple CMS will need to be developed to manage those pages. At this
stage in development, the search functionality has been completed and
integrated with Sphinx—as well as the data import routines (that
import the searchable content)."

Can you provide a ball park number if you were to build such a site? I will provide more details as our project manager gathers them.
