Description

I need a site developed similar to http://umbrellatoday.com/ but for the snow. This will be Australian/NZ based and will allow the user on the homepage to select their location (via dropdown) and once submitted will take the user to a page with either 'YES, it did snow' or 'NO, it didn't snow' with a short description of the conditions. This will be fed from a weather site. The email notification functionality will also be required.

I will design and develop the front end of the website.
