Description: I need a ruby on rails developer that is connected to the internet when working and will always have access to their email and an instant messenger when they are on their work day in case an emergency arises. I want a hard working person that has good skills in ruby on rails and that will think creatively so when I ask them to complete a project they will notice little things that will help make the script better for those who use it. I love people that come back with good ideas that could make the script better... If you have any other skills such as AJAX, flash or anything else, then please respond with that also.
