Description

What I need or require:

Looking to start an online business selling Probate information to the public. What I need to know is the demand for investors (customers) wanting information about probate files. For example people that would like to know all the new probate files that come out from the courts each week and we would be providing what the consumer wants. Here is what I think my customer would like:
Case Number
Name of Deceased
Attorney's Name, address and phone number.
Personal Representative's name, address, phone, and e-mail.
All Beneficiary's name, address, phone, and e-mail.
I would like to know if there is any other information that they would like.

I would like somehow to find out what these real estate investors (customers) would like to have and what they would be willing to pay monthly for this information.

Second part:

I would like to have research done across the US to see if there is any other companies that are offering this information. If so I would like to know.
What are they charging?
Is it monthly?
What does the customer get?
Also an excel spreadsheet of this info would be nice with each of the sites and the above questions answered.

My business will be started in the county of Maricopa and in the state of Arizona. Because that is where I live. I would like the research to start there and then branch out to nearby counties (ex. Pinal County) and states (ex. California, Nevada, and New Mexico).

Time Frame:
I would like this to be done quick maybe a week or two.
