Description

We are looking for help matching hotels listed on company websites to a list of hotels.

We have a list of 225 hotel companies (Company File) that own approximately 2,300-2,700 hotels in the US. We have a file (Master File) containing a list of all the hotels in the US that includes the hotel name, hotel street address, city, state, zip code, number of rooms, and an index number.

We need someone to access each of the hotel company’s websites and then match each of their hotels that they own to hotels listed in the Master File. We can supply 187 URL’s of the 225 hotel companies, the remaining URL’s needs to be looked up in Google.

Some of the companies own multiple hotels and some own just one or two hotels (on average, each company owns approximately 10-15 hotels). A few companies may not own any hotels anymore and a few own other real estate property types (i.e. office, retail, etc), however, we are just interested in the hotel properties.

The output is the original Master File updated with the addition of the correct company name added to each of the matched hotel records.

Bidding Instructions:
The project bid price should be base on 2,500 records and ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE A BIDE PRICE PER RECORD. The final price paid will be based on your per record bid price times the number of hotel records correctly matched (we estimate that you should locate and match between 2,300 – 2,700 hotel records).

BID THIS PROJECT BASED ON 2,500 RECORDS AND INCLUDE THE PER RECORD BID PRICE.
