Hello Bidders,

Here is a rather unique request.

A client wants to apply for a Phd program in UK. They need to have a proposal document for this but due to serious time crunch and a personal issue, are unable to quickly write it. Hence, they need the draft document written.

I have the requirements document from the University about what should be in the proposal.
The proposal needs to be about 2000 words or a maximum of 3000 words.
I need this document very quickly as the deadline is fast approaching.
The subject of the thesis that this client wants has to do with economic competitiveness in a particular region and industry.

Deliverable: A 2000 to 3000 word document, that is concise and articulate, conforms to the University's requirements.
