Just the model and rig would be 350 and model, rig, textures, and animating would be 700. This also depends on the complexity of the models, rigs, textures, and the animation. Concept of the character and a short story board of the shot would help with better pricing and how long it will take.

Hello, Sounds like an interesting job. We could do both, model and a rig. For the 30" of quality character animation we'd need more than 10 days, and a bigger budget. I work in maya and I recommend or would use 'The set-up machine' for the rig. This sounds an amazing project and would love to be apart of it. I have worked on quite a few film project now using this method and it has worked very well.

I can create you a full model and rig. The characters that are in the link below are fully rigged and textured and cost 350 gbp although this is due to their complexity. I can create the character and rig only for about 250gbp and a fully textured rigged and animated version would cost 600 gbp.
