Description

We're in business for the last 10 years in New Jersey and are looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter with the following requirements: (You Are Bidding On A Set of Hours)

1. At least 1-2 years of IT Recruiting experience for US Clients.

2. Access to jobsites like DICE and Monster (access to Yahoo Hotjobs will be provided)

3. Innovative, out-of-the-box recruiting like using Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social sites or using user groups like Oracle User Group etc., to recruit unique manpower that is not available on jobsites.

4. Good communication skills (Written / Spoken)....You need to be a phone personality who can build instant relationships with candidates, negotiate rates and ensure that candidates show up for interviews and take on our assignments.

5. Should be able to work in US time zone (Eastern - New York time) and partly India time. Weekend work may be required sometimes.

6. Should have a good laptop/desktop with VOIP or Magic Jack or other reliable phone connection to call USA candidates

7. Should be able to interview technical candidates to assess if they are suitable for client requirements

Remuneration is $300 per month (negotiable a little) + Commissions for placements. Remuneration will be increased in 3 months based on performance!!
