Description


My site has been developed by myself with very little webmaster experience. I actually used a template to begin the project but it has been altered and I cannot figure out how to adjust the tables to be consistant with a well rounded site.

The template came from Mark Callens "Hyper VRE" keyword optimization site builder.

This is an affiliate marketing site with links to clickbank products. They are included as text only links on the bottom portion of the site as well as to the left on the sidebar. I also have a few items with dead links on the site.

Google adsense is in the middle of the page and I believe should be on the far right and at the top of the page. I cannot figure out how to move them.

I manually ad articles to the site but would like to have RSS feeds that automatically insert new articles.

I would also like to have some sort of picture advertising with the clickbank items listed only in green at the bottom and left sides of the page. All are Real Estate Investor related.

I would be open to complete re design of the site. I do not know how to create pages other than the site itself.

I can give you access to the hosting site back office and all particulars if you are interested in this project.

I have links to my blog and to my squeeze page on the site. I believe I should change my keywords with respect to RealEstate Investing to something that is a related niche because Real Estate Investing is to large a niche and SEO is very difficult.
