Description

I moved my files to a new computer and during the process the QBB file was corrupted or damaged. I was able to recover the old .QBW file from the bad/old hard drive but I am still unable to load the files.

When I try to restore the .QBB file I get: "Restore Failed"

When I try to open the .QBW file I get the error code -6150, -1006

This is a small company that hasn't made any money this year but I really need to get this fixed ASAP.

Marcus, I just ran into this a few months ago and can walk you thru what QuickBooks Tech Support walked me thru. It should only take a 1/2 hour or so.
