Please read throught the VideoUplink Requirements1-9-09.doc that is attached to this project for the scope and requirements for this project.

Please take a look at the current application py2exe compiled for Windows. You can download it here:
otanetwork.com/video/OTAVideoUplink.exe.
This will allow you to see the application.
You can user the following credentials to login:
username: Rob
Password: 123

Please sign an Non-Disclure-Aggreement if you are bidding on this project. The NDA is attached and you can fax to the number or attach back to this project.

We will also attach the source code if you need to look at it to bid once the NDA is signed.
