Description: Can't get in contact with original provider and needed this project done on April 1st so their lost is someone else's gain. This project is for a proxy site redesign. Redesigning the ProxyVent.com site to include a php link directory and proxy list(such as that on proxy.org). Need someone who can have this done ASAP!!! Don't bid if you can't do so and ALL BIDS MUST BE AT OR UNDER $75. Provider MUST HAVE BOTH YAHOO AND MSN IM! Included is the layout original provider presented to me last week and has my mods that I need to move forward.

This project is to install a php link directory where the links are paid for via paypal for $5.00/month and proxy site list similar to that of proxy.org where links can be bought at $1(Standard listing), $5(Listings for 21-50), $10(Top 20 listing).
