Description:	PROJECT #1 - Consulting Web Site - I design 1 home page and 1 interior page in .psd format - you cut up into 100% CSS (in English). The home page may POSSIBLY have some javascript features for a pop out and possibly random images (I have web site for reference where you can get code) - Employee Login (I will design the form - you convert to CSS and do functionality) - Forgot Password Form (Simple one field form for email address - user's password gets sent to them) - Employee Registration Form (I will design the form - you convert to CSS and do functionality) to access the Employee Portal - 3 Forms (once employee is logged in) Some fields will be required (fields yet TBD by client) A.
