Description: Need someone or service who is very much web-savvy, with perfect english communication skill, who will assist me(by giving me information from your expertise) to set up websites(so you are like a helpdesk, that I can reach whenever I come across a problem to solve-it is not questions about programming etc, it is more general knowledge about website building/maintenance/trends/marketing etc, so experience/knowledge about web business and trends are a must), by phone/email/messenger, someone who is available to reach 24/7.
