Description

Need a Project Manager (PM) to develop a full technical project plan for a new crowdsourcing and online social network site.

The PM should be able to create a formal, well documented technical Project Plan. We are looking for experienced PM’s with good references of creating technical and deployment project plans. Please send samples (full project plans or outlines) of earlier work.

If you do not have verifiable references, then please do not bid on this project.

The plan will be used for full implementation and deployment – which will be part of another project when finished. PM will be offered a part of leading that project in implementation and assist in choosing the best provider for that.

Marketing etc is out of the scope and not part of this assignment – we only want a technical project plan to hand over to development and deployment.

We will provide a Vision document and User Examples. The PM should take those documents and fill in the gaps – so we will need a PM with a high level of creativity.

The plan should be delivered in MS Word or/and MS Project/MS Visio.
