Description

I need a knowledgeable person to explain the various payment systems I can include into my website and answer any questions I have.

I am having a website developed that allows people to sell their services online. The concept is similar to getafreelancer. I want people to be able to deposit and withdraw money into an system account. I also want to be able to allow funding it using a number of different methods, very similar to how Getafreelancer does it.

I need someone who understands how the systems work and can explain what I can and cannot do. I also need to know step by step what I have to do to get specific payment systems integrated (e.g. sign up for a merchant account with Bankofamerica, talk to their internet department to ask for an API). Last, I will need advice on what the best options would be for me. I anticipate it would take about 1-2 hours of time for an extremely knowledgable person.

Because of the consultative nature of this project, I need someone who speaks native English.

If you can please tell me your level of experience in this area, that would be very helpful in helping me make a decision.
