Description

I require a custom project report to be written for me for a exclusive sports site to be presented to a group of investors. The sports site will be for India and the contents of the report should include the following :

a) Setting up costs of the site including software and hardware. Project should be for at least Rs. 20-25 crores which would include set-up costs and running expenses for first 2 years. Cost to include scoring software for cricket, live audio-video discussion, online radio etc.
b) Manpower required and monthly expenses
c) Advertising expenses every month for first 2-3 years with breakup of costs based on today's rates mentioning specific newspapers.
d) Revenue stream options and how to achieve break-even within a realistic period.
e) Sports site to bring live coverage of sports specially cricket, have a social network, wallpapers, live radio during matches, discussion forum, online games related to cricket where user can win prizes etc
f) Sports site will appoint journalists to visit matches for providing updates/interviews etc.

The project is an extensive one and what we want to do is to offer a sports portal to an investor. Since I do not have the time for preparing a project report, I would like to appoint someone to do this and submit within a month.

What is most important is that we need to prove that we can achieve a break-even within 1-2 years.

You will need to do a lot of research about the costing of the project, advertising, revenue generation, visitors etc. The portal will be covering everything related to Indian sports.
