The purpose of this post is to find a suitable financial business partner for a Real Estate Development project.

How should we proceed?
Following an agreement with a well motivated investor, a Real Estate Company will be setup in the Republic of Mauritius.

The company will do longterm investment by speculating on the value of immovable properties on the Island. The company will purchase Real Estates (Land, Bungalow, Apartments or Block of Apartments, Commercial Buildings, etc).


How to generate Revenue?
Revenue will be generated out of the acquired immovable properties in form of:
- Location
- Lease
- Resale
- Construction and Deveopment Projects under the Real Estate Scheme
- Association with Travel Agencies


What are the benefits gain by the Foreign Investor?
1. Being at 49% Owner of the company
2. Legally live in the Republic of Mauritius for a period of 3 years (Renewable). The investor will be accompagnied by his whole family (Spouse and dependants). This is made possible under the Occupational Permit delivered by the Government of Mauritius.

3. Accomodation charges taken by the company.

The above proposal represents a risk-free investment since real estates is a booming sector in the Republic of Mauritius.

Only seroius bidders please. Once the selected candidated is confirmed, an Occupational Permit can be delivered to him in no more than 3 days. This permit allows him to travel to, work and live in the Republic of Mauritius for a period of 3 years (renewable).
