Description

I'm looking for a small team of professional VA's with one VA as the major point of contact.

You will be working various hours (10 - 20 hours per week). NOT full time!

You will be needed for the following tasks + many others:

* Customer service - answering the phone, email and live chat.
You will have daily contact with our customers and future customers, you will need to be able to clearly communicate our offer so inbound inquiries are converted into sales.
You must be a native-English speaker/writer and work with UK business hours.

* Recruitment - outsourcing work to the right team members, managing the communications

* Project management - you will be responsible for small projects from beginning through to completion

You will be trained, however, it's expected that you have excellent management and communication skills, you are hard working and you can commit a minimum 6 - 12 months.

VA companies may also be considered.

This is for a one month paid trial followed by a 6-12 month contract.
