Hello,
I want to clone the site: www.vacationrentals411.com

Difference will be:

The name.

I will cover only 1 city, but want to be able to add cities/region/countries manually in the long run.

People will have to PAY A SUBSCRIPTION FEE to list their property. Then, they can pay per clik to list their property as featured listing, better situated in the search results.

Various options will be available to increase the basic price of listing (number of pictures, googlemap localization, upload of film, PPC system)

I also want agents being able to contact property owners who wish to offer them a commission. (owners will choose % of commission offered to agents)

I will also add an affiliate programm to pay webmasters sending visitors or owners to my site. ( i bought the script already and I have the banners)

maximum budget is 500$.
