Description: Expanding business looking for an ace virtual assistant. Twenty hours a week between the hours of 7am and 7pm EST.

Duties to focus on client and project management. Collect contact information, send project updates to clients, manage invoices, basic accounting, researching, assist with marketing campaigns, basic proofreading, and schedule planning. No phone work required but must know how to operate MS Office.

Please bid competitively. Looking for the best offer. This is a part-time position for now. If the first month goes well and you're happy, we're looking for a long-term assistant. Looking forward to your bids.
