Project 031 - Entering content from existing site into Joomla site

The old site that has the content is about 30 pages and needs to be moved over to the new site created using joomla. The old site is located on a new host and it does not support asp, so the pages are not visible. You will have to download the site and run it locally on your machine. This is a very urgent project and needs immediate attention. Budget is $70 or less for this. You must have yahoo messenger for communication
